Pharma Nord delivers all orders on the next working day, if you have made your order before noon. 12.00.
At Pharma Nord you do not pay shipping fees.
We always deliver freight with DPD, who deliver the package directly to you or at the pick-up point. Please note that if you are not home when DPD are there, you must make alternative arrangements with DPD directly.

All prices include 23% VAT and are in Euro. Prices are valid within the Republic of Ireland. If you live outside Ireland we refer you to our international webshop.

No fee will be charged upon payment.
When using credit card, you are protected against abuse. Our webshop uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in our payment system. This ensures that you are able to shop online. The data you send in connection with a purchase by debit card is encrypted (SSL), and it is only PBS that can read them. Neither Pharma Nord nor others has the ability to read this data.
The amount of the goods is deducted only when the goods are dispatched from Pharma Nord. Pharma Nord can never withdraw a larger amount than you have approved at the time of purchase.
You can get the money back on items purchased through Pharma Nord's online store if you within 14 days from the delivery date inform us that you want to return them and immediately return the goods.
We pay for the cost of returning the goods if the return is due to our error. Otherwise, you will pay for shipping costs upon return. You also pay for the return yourself, for example, the product is never picked up or refused.
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, we will exchange it for free for you. We can not accept returned items in the following cases:
- Items returned later than 14 days after delivery
- Items that have been opened so the packaging is damaged
- Items not in marketable condition, for example. because it is opened or partially used
If you want to complain about a product you have purchased from us, you should always complain directly to us.
