About Zymbion
Zymbion Q10 Toothpaste with peppermint flavour contains a patented formula with coenzyme Q10 and fluoride. Zymbion increases coenzyme Q10 levels to the levels normally found in healthy gums.
Q10 and bleeding gums
The coenzyme Q10 levels in healthy gum tissue are substantially higher than you find in diseased gums. Studies show that oral ingestion of coenzyme Q10 (capsules) can increase those levels. Clinical studies have also shown that direct application of Q10 will increase levels of the compound, which is the basis of the development of Zymbion toothpaste.
In studies, Zymbion has been shown to address bleeding gums by restoring and improving levels of Q10 in gum tissue. Combined use of Zymbion with Bio-Quinone Q10 capsules increases the effect additionally, making the improvement last even longer.
Coenzyme Q10 (Q10) is a vitamin-like compound that is necessary for normal cellular energy metabolism. The mucous membrane in the mouth contains both beneficial and harmful bacteria. The beneficial bacteria is heavily dependant on Q10 for energy production. Increasing your Q10 levels can, therefore, have a positive effect on the beneficial oral bacteria for improved oral health.
Usage
Brush along the side of your gums on the outside and inside.
If possible, do not rinse mouth after brushing.
Zymbion has a low content of abrasive.
Contains sodium monoflourophosphate.
