Delivery
If you place an order with us before 3pm (UK weekdays), your order will be dispatched the same day via Royal Mail. Any orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the following working day.

Spend over £15 for FREE delivery.
Due to delays and charges brought on by Brexit, we can no longer ship to international addresses.
Standard Delivery Times
We will endeavour to deliver the following day via Royal Mail Trackd 24 but please allow the following time for the specific areas:
UK – 7 working days for delivery within the UK
Customers often receive all our deliveries before these time limits, but our postal service cannot guarantee this.

Returns
We are confident that you will be happy with your order. However in the unlikely event that you have an incorrect, faulty or unwanted order please return to us in accordance with the requirements set out below.
Incorrect and Faulty Items
Please contact us as soon as possible regarding an incorrect or faulty item.
You can return your goods to us in their original condition and we will issue a full refund, including original delivery cost (where applicable), or issue a replacement.
UK – Free UK Returns
EU & ROW– Return through your local post office and include receipt of delivery costs. We will then reimburse you the cost of delivery to return the product.
Unwanted Goods
Please inform us within 7 days from the date of receipt if you wish to return your unwanted and undamaged item(s). Please return the goods to us in the original outer packaging within 14 days of receipt. We can arrange a refund for you however products must be returned in the original state.
Note: EU and ROW we will be unable to refund your return postage costs.
