Unfortunately, we cannot ship to all countries; this is due to restrictions imposed by our postal services. Due to this you will be notified at the point of order should we be unable to ship to your country. Pharma Nord UK may, in its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order and limit order quantity.

Note: Channel Islands is recognised as part of the UK.

We will endeavour to deliver the following day within the UK but please allow the following time for the specific areas:

UK – 7 working days for delivery within the UK

EU – 20 business days for addresses within the European Union.

ROW – 25 business days for delivery around the rest of the World.

Customers often receive all our deliveries before these time limits, but our postal service cannot guarantee this.

If your order has left us via trackable service, you can follow its journey to you.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email from us once your order is on its way. Simply click on the link to the courier’s website and use the tracking/consignment number sent to you.

We aim to get your order with you in a timely manner. We understand the frustration when you don’t receive your order as quickly as expected. Please see the below information to help us resolve this issue and get your order to you.

Before getting in contact with us, please try the following:

  • Sign into My Account to check the status of your order. Make sure we have the correct delivery address for your order and your contact details are up to date.
  • Check your confirmation email to see if you can track your order online with the courier.
  • Check if you have an email from us or attempted delivery card from one of our carriers. Your parcel may be awaiting collection at a local Post Office or delivery depot. You may need to arrange re-delivery.

If your estimated delivery date has passed and you haven’t received your order, just click here so we can help you further.

Should your delivery address be in the UK and you haven't received your order, please make sure you query this with us within 28 days of the date you placed it. Failure to contact us within this date may result in us being unable to take any further action. 

UK Customers
Someone needs to be in when your parcel is due for delivery by courier as we may need a signature. Don’t worry if you aren’t as our courier usually tries to deliver more than once.

Alternatively they will leave a card confirming they have either left it with a neighbour, left it in a safe place, when they will try to redeliver or give you details on how to collect it.

International Customers
If you are not in when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where it is. It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.

Once your order is back with us, we will contact you to confirm how you would like to proceed and confirm address.

UK Customers
If you are happy to receive the order again, we will send it out free of charge.

International Customers
To send out your order again the delivery cost must be borne by you.
EU – £3.95
ROW – £6.95

Please take into account the following.

  • Orders under £50, will go Royal Mail first class post.
  • Orders over £50, will be go via Royal Mail International Signed For or Courier.
  • Tracking is available for orders over £50. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email from us with a tracking link for your order so you can follow its journey.
  • Your order will leave us via the most suitable carrier, dependent on size and weight.
  • Once your order has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.
  • If you’re not in when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where it is. It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.

In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches it’s destination country.

You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on an order must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).

Pharma Nord UK
We have no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order so you’re not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

If it’s more convenient for you, we can deliver to your place of employment.

If you want your delivery to reach you at work, you need to be confident that someone will be there to take receipt of the goods. Please make sure you put the name of your company down on your delivery address to make it easier for the driver.

We’re able to deliver to a PO Box in most countries if you select our Standard Delivery service.
