Before getting in contact with us, please try the following:
- Sign into My Account to check the status of your order. Make sure we have the correct delivery address for your order and your contact details are up to date.
- Check your confirmation email to see if you can track your order online with the courier.
- Check if you have an email from us or attempted delivery card from one of our carriers. Your parcel may be awaiting collection at a local Post Office or delivery depot. You may need to arrange re-delivery.

Should your delivery address be in the UK and you haven't received your order, please make sure you query this with us within 28 days of the date you placed it. Failure to contact us within this date may result in us being unable to take any further action.
