Adrenal and Thyroid Health: Nutrition for Resilience
Chronic stress and poor thyroid function both cause significant damage to human health, driving problems with energy, mood and sleep; and also insidiously setting us up for debilitating illnesses like type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, immune and neurodegenerative problems.
In this full-day in-person seminar, we take a deep dive into the stress response, focusing on the hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal-thyroid-immune axis. We'll present the latest understanding of how these inter-related life support systems work, how we fuel them, what can go wrong, and how we can use nutrition and lifestyle to restore balance and resilience.
As always, there will be plenty of lively discussion and debate.
From 15th January, join one of our 19 full-day seminars exploring nutrition's role in rebalancing the stress response to improve quality of life.
