If you are looking for the following then Bio-CLA and Green Tea supplements is the right choice for you;

  • Help reduce fat absorption and active fat-burning in the body
  • Support the effects of a healthy diet and exercise regime
  • Avoid the ‘yo-yo’ effect
  • Increase polyphenol and flavonoid intake for overall health

Conjugated Linoleic Acid is a naturally occurring fatty acid that is found in red meat and dairy products. CLA converts within the body into hormone-like substances that help regulate the balance of muscle tissue and fat.

Research has shown that Green Tea extract can inhibit absorption of fat from the digestive tract, reduce blood lipid levels, activate fat burning and increase energy expenditure. Green Tea is also high in flavonoids and catechins, offering a powerful antioxidant defence. Active ingredients remain unaltered in the Bio-CLA and Green Tea supplement. Polyphenols in the Green tea are responsible for most of Green Tea's positive effects.

We recommend 2 capsules 3 times per day with food (total of 6 capsules per day), or as directed by a physician.

Diabetics and people with hypertension should seek professional advice prior to taking Bio-CLA and Green Tea supplements.

Please seek advise from a physician before taken alongside ephedrine.

Relative to the food we eat, the size of individual nutrients are actually incredibly small. As a result, we need to use units other than grammes (g) to describe them. Here's what the common units for nutrients are:

Grammes (G)- often used to describe nutritional powders. Most teaspoons of powder weigh approximately 5g.

Milligrams (Mg)- 1000mg is equal to 1g

Micrograms (Mcg or μg)- 1000μg is equal to 1mg

International Units (IU)- Slightly more complex than milligrams (mg) and micrograms (μg), International Units measure differently from nutrient to nutrient. The most common nutrients that are likely to be measured IU in are vitamins D, E and A.

  • Vitamin D: 1 IU is the equivalent of 0.025 μg of D2 or D3
  • Vitamin A: 1 IU is the equivalent of 0.3 mcg retinol
  • Beta-carotene (provitamin A): 1 IU is the equivalent of 0.6 μg of beta carotene
  • Vitamin E: 1 IU is the equivalent of 0.67 mg d-alpha-tocopherol

F PEREIRA - 25th July 2017:

I was expecting it to be a food suppressant, but it is not. However, the product is good as it makes me go to the loo regularly. Lol.
Besides that, with most slimming pills, I do get acne but this product is great, as I have no break out.

Z Thomson - 15th February 2013:

I don't know about weight loss, but my body shape is so much better with these. They've been great to use when I exercise and I just feel leaner. Wish you could get larger packs though!
