Nobody wants to break a bone. Yet osteoporosis affects over 3 million people in the UK, and the NHS predicts that 50% of women over the age of 50, and a third of men over 60, will have a low-trauma fracture due to osteoporosis. Osteopenia is even more common.
In this full-day in-person seminar, we will give a top-line overview of the underlying drivers of unwanted bone loss and what can be done to intervene. We'll be focusing on the evidence for specific lifestyle, diet and supplement interventions to support the structure and function of bones at any age.
As always, there will be plenty of lively discussion and debate.
