In the UK there are 100,000 hospital admissions every year due to heart attacks; and about 34,000 deaths from stroke (British Heart Foundation 2025).
By far the most common cause is atherosclerotic cardiovascular and/or cerebrovascular disease. This full-day in-person seminar explores how these conditions develop; how to identify the most relevant risk factors for each individual client; and what key nutrition and lifestyle interventions carry the most evidence for reducing risk.
As always, there will be plenty of lively discussion and debate.
