I bought these for my husband as he suffers with plantar fasciitis and every morning struggles to walk for an hour or so when he gets up. I saw these and though hmm maybe something like this will help. He does the normal suggested exercises to help and nothing has changed. A week after taking these he was much better I don't know if that was a coincidence but he had not changed anything else only start taking these! He has now asked me to reorder some for him as he does not take any kind of pill/vitamin but was impressed with this so wants to continue with them as he is doing much better. We shall continue on and try a second pack.
