Directions:
Children 1-16 years: 2-4 capsules per day or as directed by a health professional.
Pregnant and lactating women: 4 capsules per day.
Do not exceed recommended amount. Children from the age of 4: 2-3 capsules per day. Or as directed by a health professional. Content can be emptied out and taken by spoon.
