Musculoskeletal Health: How Nutrition Holds the Key

Gout, osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, autoimmune arthritis, sports injuries, hypermobility syndromes, chronic backache - musculoskeletal problems are highly prevalent and continue to rise.  This seminar will explore the underlying causes of pain, fatigue and disability in the muscles, joints and bones, and will discuss how to personalise nutrition interventions to the needs of each individual client/patient to get the best chance of improvement.

We'll be looking at the evidence for specific diet, lifestyle and nutritional supplement interventions.  We'll explore how these work both mechanistically (to alter biochemical pathways) and in the real world, in terms of improving patients' symptoms and quality of life.

This seminar will be held at a number of locations throughout the UK and will offer networking opportunities, CPD recognition and practical guidance for healthcare practitioners of many disciplines.
