Katie Sheen did while working as a Nutritional Therapist. This was a catalyst for Katie to become interested in behaviour and eventually, an experienced mindfulness teacher. Katie is able to guide others to meaningfully support their clients, enabling them to overcome common psychological and behavioural barriers to the changes we recommend as part of nutritional protocols.

She is an accredited Breathworks ‘Mindfulness for Health’ Teacher, also offering courses in the Plum Village tradition of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh.
